RCS Staffing Recruits Top Talent for CLEAResult
RCS Staffing is a women and minority-owned national staffing firm specializing in recruiting engineers and other technical professionals for the energy, utility and government sectors for contract staffing, direct hire and payroll solutions. Representatives from CLEAResult and RCS Staffing met at the 2016 Edison Electric Institute (EEI) Supplier Diversity Conference and from that meeting an eight-year partnership developed. Since 2017, RCS has staffed hundreds of technical roles for CLEAResult across 44 states. RCS personnel supporting Energy Conservation programs for CLEAResult include Program Managers & Coordinators, Field Representatives, Outreach Specialists, Customer Service Representatives and Energy Auditors.
