B2B efficiency rebate aggregation
Activity that involves the procurement of commercial incentives on behalf of national account customers in non-CLEAResult implemented programs.
Demand response capacity forecasting measurement, management & verification
This capability includes CLEAResult’s ability to provide a forecast of demand response capacity available at some point in the future, actual capacity delivered during an event happening now, and review and verification of capacity provided in the (recent) past.
Upstream and midstream centralized delivery and distribution support
The Channel Delivery team offers Centralized Delivery for upstream and midstream (distributor) support, managed by a single team across many programs.
Centralized delivery for national energy efficiency programs
The National Accounts team offers Centralized Delivery for key C&I accounts managed by a single team across many programs.
Centralized delivery: Practice
Centralized Practice Delivery Capabilities refer to contracted work scope that is specific to one of CLEAResult's three Practices, and – due to the highly specialized nature of the scope – are delivered through those Practices, not through Regional Delivery Teams.
Energy efficiency programs cost-effectiveness screening & analysis
Capability in which a CLEAResult tool or a client-provided tool is used to screen energy efficiency programs for cost-effectiveness, per regulated testing guidelines.
Demand response program delivery
Development, implementation and execution of all aspects of a demand response capacity delivery program.
Energy-efficient building design and construction management
Provides a project’s owner(s) with effective management of the project’s scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety.
Energy-efficient building cost estimation
The process of forecasting an energy project’s cost. Prepared for project owner(s) to determine a project’s scope and feasibility and to allocate budgets. Also used by contractors when determining whether to bid on a project.
Energy-efficient building pre-construction services
Pre-construction services provide the information necessary for a project's owner(s) and subcontractors to evaluate the entire project and create a plan that will take it all the way through construction.
Energy-efficient design engineering
Design engineering identifies innovative solutions to improve energy efficiency and meet client needs, evaluates design solution against industrial standards or best practices, and collaborates with MEP engineers for permitting and construction documents, constructability review, systems integration, construction administration support, submittal review, and consultation related to logistical and safety issues.
Energy efficiency program design consulting
Capability in which Energy Efficiency Practice subject matter experts assist or lead regional program delivery teams through the process of energy efficiency program design. Energy efficiency program design includes recommended budgets, customer journeys, KPIs, goals and outcomes.
Customer engagement for distributor and midstream programs
Recruitment, enrollment, onboarding, ongoing training, quality control and support of equipment distributors participating in midstream programs. Distributors act as a regional intermediary between manufacturers and purchasers, usually local trade allies and/or contractors, but sometimes end-users.
Partner identification & engagement for efficiency rebates programs
Leveraging data to identify available retail or distributor partners in a given territory. Combining this information with past performance of CLEAResult programs and data from third-party reports to identify high-performing or priority partners to assist in forecasting and recruitment activities.
Energy efficiency product testing & certification
80 PLUS® Testing – We certify the energy efficiency conversion in technology products.
Demand response program strategy and advisory services
CLEAResult provides both review of existing demand response programs and analysis of future programs that are most likely to be successful for a utility and their end customers.
Strategic energy management planning
A multiyear plan that lays down energy conservation/emissions reduction measures for a facility and identifies dedicated resources along with a timeline. This activity is undertaken with clients and/or owners to support their energy management planning and have a robust plan to save energy, reduce emissions and lower cost.
Energy efficiency strategic innovation management
Contractual role where we provide monthly or quarterly updates to clients sharing: current industry trends, new market innovations, pilot concepts, conference abstracts, program design ideas, etc. The goal is to drive continuous program design improvement, and being a true strategic partner to our clients, while introducing them to CLEAResult’s deep bench of SMEs.
Technology configuration for energy efficiency management
Technology configuration includes contractual obligations to tailor CLEAResult technology products and tools to a client's scope of work. Technology configuration is led by Client Services within CLEAResult's Technology & Product Team.
Upstream incentives program delivery
Residential upstream consumer products programs whereby the incentive is passed on to the manufacturer. Incentive is expected to be passed onto the customer in the form of an instant discount on MSRP at the shelf in retail stores. No validation required. Validation dependent on qualified product and store list.
Virtual operations management for energy efficiency programs
Virtual operations provide an opportunity to support end customers when a phone call or form submission is not sufficient, but an onsite visit is not needed. This leverages technology as a substitute to in-person or onsite visits for assessments, quality assurance inspections, installation assistance or other processes allowing for reduced travel and time per project, potential extended hours for delivery, and improved service to clients and end-use customers. Employees in various regions can perform virtual site visits for multiple programs. Centralized training on virtual visits is available and meetings with other program staff delivering virtual visits are available.
